they wanted to do something special for their team as an appreciation for all the hard work.
The Awaken The MUSE experience took place at the Edgewater Manor. The evening consisted
of incredible food, dancing, music, fireworks, live performances, theatre, custom dessert and more! It was most definitely an evening to remember.

MUSE Condos are specifically designed to satisfy the needs of the resident artists. We supported the amenities design by gathering a diverse team of visionary artists to discuss their optimal artistic needs if they were living here. DeSantis Homes compiled the data & applied this to their building guidelines, integrating an on-site art gallery, rooftop multi-purpose studio & more.

A New Era of coastal modern living begins with COMO Condos, in Hamilton, Ontario. This lakeview masterpiece is one of the epic new high rises ahead of it's curve that decided to bring it's community together in celebration by hosting an epic launch party at the Edgewater Manor Restaurant.
The marketing team at Homes by DeSantis was certain that they wanted to approach the COMO launch in a way that had never been seen before. After an award winning marketing campaign, the team knew they wanted their potential buyers to FEEL the vibe of what COMO is bringing to Hamilton. Fresh, Unique, Creative, & Classy all in one.
ONEx was contacted to support with bringing an innovated touch to the experience at Edgewater Manor. It's a prestige, fine dining restaurant that for this specific Xperience, needed an enhanced touch of colour & creativity sprinkled throughout. Our team supported DeSantis Homes with strategy, vision & event production.
In addition, our team also arranged the audio, staging and video setup for the interactive instagram display, lighting, decor, flowers & photosets. ONEx also coordinated the art & entertainment which included a DJ, pose models, dancers, a live mural artist creating an interactive piece for inside the new condo, and lastly, event videography & photography.
CONDO MURAL ART:
The beautiful 6' x 3' canvas that was hand painted by ONEx artist, Evelyn Bailey.
Event guests also had the opportunity to contribute brush strokes toe the final piece. The painting portrays the viewer seeing the condo, through the reflection of the lake water. This final piece will be on display in a common area at COMO.
AWARD WINNING
Our support allowed the DeSantis team to focus on their guests & customers, while One New Era X took care of event logistics. This sales event lead to COMO condo being DeSantis Homes fastest selling condo to date & one of many awards included 'Ingenuity in Marketing' from the Hamilton Builder's Association.
